Cassidy Troy

MS, OTR/L

Cassidy is a pediatric occupational therapist who has been practicing since June 2024. She earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Salem State University in May 2024, after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from the University of Vermont.

Although Cassidy has always loved sports, she discovered her true passion for occupational therapy after shadowing an OT during her undergraduate clinical rotations. She was inspired by the creativity, problem solving, and meaningful impact OT had on children and families. Cassidy chose to pursue pediatrics because she finds it incredibly fulfilling to support children as they overcome challenges, build independence, and engage more fully in the activities that matter most to them.

Cassidy has experience working in both outpatient pediatrics and school-based settings, allowing her to support children across a variety of environments. Outside of work, she enjoys running outdoors, baking cookies and other sweet treats, and spending time with her family on the beach at their summer home on Cape Cod.
