Jessica Rogers

M.A., CCC-SLP
Founder & Director, Find Your Voice

Jessica is the founder and director of Find Your Voice, a private speech and occupational therapy practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. She earned her undergraduate degree from Stonehill College in Multidisciplinary Studies with a focus in Communication Disorders, followed by a Master of Arts in Communication Disorders from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Before opening Find Your Voice, Jessica gained valuable experience working in both outpatient pediatric clinics and private practice settings. She saw a need for convenient, functional, and individualized therapy services—and set out to create a practice that emphasizes a family-centered approach and therapy rooted in real-life routines. Jessica believes children make the most progress when therapy feels natural, engaging, and tailored to their unique needs.

Her clinical expertise includes articulation and phonological disorders, early expressive and receptive language delays, and orofacial myofunctional disorders.

Beyond her clinical work, Jessica is deeply grateful for her team of passionate and caring therapists who share her commitment to providing high-quality, family-focused care. Together, they strive to make each therapy session meaningful and empowering for children and their families.

Outside of the practice, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 daughters, and their German Shepherd, Tate.

Mary Hennessy

M.A. CCC-SLP

Mary earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders and her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. With experience across a wide range of communication disorders, Mary has developed clinical expertise in pediatrics and early intervention.

Her professional interests include pediatric feeding disorders, hearing loss, expressive and receptive language delays, autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome, and phonological disorders. Mary is passionate about teaching through play and embedding communication strategies into families’ everyday routines. She finds great joy in moments such as seeing a child beam after mastering a tricky speech sound or watching their confidence grow in social settings.

Mary has specialized training and certifications in feeding and oral-motor development. She is a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and holds the Tethered Oral Ties Specialty (TOTS) Certification, allowing her to provide comprehensive support for infants and children with feeding and oral-motor challenges. She has expertise in increasing food repertoires for picky eaters, building oral-motor skills for safe chewing and swallowing, and supporting families in developing positive mealtime routines. Mary is skilled in approaches such as the SOS Feeding Method and food chaining and has provided guidance for bottle- and breastfeeding, aspiration management, and diet expansion for children with allergies and intolerances. Mary’s own personal experiences have also helped her gain experience and knowledge with breastfeeding premature infants and multiples. 

Outside of work, Mary enjoys trips to the beach and spending time with her husband, bulldog Daisy, and her three daughters—Lucy, Elle, and Rosie.

Suzanne Wells

M.A. CCC-SLP

Suzanne is a board certified Speech Language Pathologist. She received her Bachelors of Science and Master of Arts in Speech Language Pathology at UMass Amherst where she completed her thesis in word learning in children with autism. She quickly was drawn to the unpredictability and limitless potential of the pediatric population. 

Suzanne has worked with infants/toddlers and their families in early intervention for the past 5 years, and values the collaboration of caregivers and therapists to reach speech and language goals. She has worked with a wide range of children with developmental delays, but particularly those with Down syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, suspected childhood apraxia, receptive and expressive language delays, and phonological and articulation disorders. 

Suzanne believes that children learn best through play, consistency, and most of all, fun. Suzanne’s supportive, play-based, high energy sessions foster strong trusting relationships with her clients. 

Suzanne also works part time as an Early Intervention speech therapist and as a group fitness coach. In her free time she enjoys the beach, hiking, traveling, and enjoying good meals with family and friends. 

 

Krista Haley

M.S.CCC-SLP

Krista is a board certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology, cum laude, at SUNY Geneseo and her Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology, with distinction, at Boston University. Krista has over 20 years of experience working with a broad range of communication disorders in medical, early intervention, home, and public/private school settings. She has been professionally recognized and honored for her exceptional patient care. 

After owning and operating her private practice in Boston for over a decade,  Krista moved to the North Shore to raise her family. During the course of her career, she has gained extensive experience in treating a broad range of speech/language disorders. Her specialties include orofacial myofunctional disorders, fluency/voice disorders, complex articulation/phonological delays, apraxia/motor speech impairments, expressive/receptive language delays, dysphagia, selective mutism, and early literacy development as well as augmentative/alternative communication. 

Krista has worked with children of all ages with diagnoses of Cleft Lip/Palate, Down’s Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD, English Language Learners, Specific Learning Disability, and Hearing Impaired.

Krista is cheerful, warm, and energetic. She strives to provide the highest quality of personalized care to your child.  Krista plans highly interactive, hands-on, fun  learning activities that target your child’s goals in a motivating and meaningful way. Your child will feel motivated and proud at successfully achieving their goals in treatment. 

In her free time, Krista loves gardening, cooking, and being outdoors with her family.

Kayla Conley

M.S. CCC-SLP

Kayla Conley is a board-certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders, with a minor in Family Studies, from the University of New Hampshire, and a Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Boston University.

Kayla has spent the past three years working with children aged 3 to 6 in an elementary school before joining Find Your Voice. Passionate about pediatrics, she transitioned to private practice to offer one-on-one therapy in homes and communities, collaborating with families. Kayla emphasizes individualized, play-based interventions to help children achieve their speech and language goals.

Her special interests include receptive and expressive language disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, augmentative and alternative communication devices, and social-pragmatic language. Known for her warm and engaging demeanor, Kayla creates a safe and fun learning environment.

Outside of work, Kayla enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and adventuring with her husband and pups – Tobin & Rue. 

Sam Wallace

M.S. CCC-SLP

Sam is a board certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She received her combined Bachelor/Master of Science degree in Speech Pathology at Northeastern University. Sam has over 11 years of experience as a speech therapist, working with clients across the lifespan and in various settings, such as private practice, schools, and in-home.

Passionate about providing neurodiversity-affirming, child-led, and play-based speech therapy, Sam’s goal is to build connection with her clients. She focuses on being playful, silly, and curious in order to enhance communication in ways that are meaningful (and fun!).

Sam’s areas of clinical interest are augmentative/alternative communication (AAC), autism, gestalt language processing, early intervention, apraxia, and language delays. She has expertise in AAC and speech-generating devices, including evaluation, insurance funding, programming, parent/caregiver training, and therapy.

During therapy sessions, Sam is likely to be found singing, playing on the floor, and doing whatever it takes to make your child laugh and feel comfortable. She is known for her weekly speech themes and coordinating over-the-top sensory bins.

In her free time, Sam loves going to the beach, reading, and spending time with her husband and daughter.

 

Erica Milano

Erica earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Emerson College and her Master of Science in the same field from The College of Saint Rose.

After completing her master’s program, Erica began her career in Early Intervention, where she completed her clinical fellowship. She has since gained over seven years of experience working in both outpatient clinics and school-based settings. Her areas of clinical expertise include Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Autism Spectrum Disorder, articulation and phonological disorders, and expressive and receptive language delays.

Erica is passionate about helping children and their families reach their communication goals by fostering growth in their natural environments and building meaningful, supportive relationships. Her sessions are play-based, engaging, and highly motivating, designed to help each child meet their communication goals in a fun and supportive way. She believes there is nothing more rewarding than seeing the pride and confidence her clients feel when they master a new skill.

Outside of work, Erica enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two young children, Adalynn and Cameron.
